“I created Your Red Dress because I really want to make a difference in the field of gender diversity. I believe the lessons I learnt in Corporate life provide me with great experience in this field; I know the issues that women face and the challenges that organisations have in addressing the gender gap and I am passionate about trying to change the landscape. If we can just do some things differently and change our mind-sets about what is possible, we will make progress".
